The main floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and large living room.
The lower floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room (potential space for small table).
Each unit has a separate entrance with keyless entry (key provided for side door in case of emergency)
 

There is no air conditioning. Renters can bring their own portable air conditioner with property owners consent for an extra fee. This will be approximately $50 per month per air conditioner subject to negotiation with rental property owner.
Furniture is not included or available in rent however property owner might consider providing some for extra. Renter needs to provide an exact request for the owner to provide a cost.
Snow and ice clearing and salting are the responsibility of the renters.
Landlord will provide salt and shovels.
 

When renting the entire house parking is free.
The driveway could potentially fit 4 to 6 cars depending on the size of cars.
The lower unit renters should park on the gravel side of driveway and the upper floor renters should park on the paved side closest to the house.

  • Cheque, Bank draft, money order or certified cheque for deposit for the amount of one month rent (eventually can apply toward last month rent) is required with rental application. Cash is not accepted. Please make bank draft payable to Mac Vasin. Multiple cheques as long as they total one month rent are accepted. 
  • First month rent required a month prior to the earlier of lease start date or move in. If you have sufficient funds you can include the first month rent payment in your initial deposit payment (ie initial payment in amount of two months of rent).
  • If you have pets, we are happy to have you. Please let us know what pets you have on application. Please note that you will need to contain them in a crate whenever we or anyone else enters the unit and be on leash under your control whenever outside the unit and ensure they do not damage the rental or exterior property, make excess noise, create allergies for, or bother anyone.
