All units have box springs and mattress (mostly double sized) and desks either are included with the bedrooms, or if not there at move in we can pay for additional ones to be added if you call the phone number to workers we provide to coordinate delivery.

Unit 3 - Sublet with current renters, potential for single rooms, or groups for multiple bedrooms, or potential for entire unit if no bedrooms yet sublet-ed when you contact - starting May 2018 to end of August 2018 only - The other renters in the unit are currently expected to be female, though this is subject to change. Please email that you are interested in subletting in the unit with the other renters from May to August and I can pass your information along to the tenant's who will be in contact with more details, to answer any questions you have, and/or to arrange to meet in person. I think they are looking for a contribution towards rent of $437.80 per month per room though this amount might be higher or lower and might vary depending on which bedroom you will occupy during the sublet, so it is best to discuss specifics with them. Some to all furniture is also available and will vary by room, please discuss with the tenant's details. Utilities and internet will be included in rent to August 2018 only.
Unit 3 -  Just rented for September - Check above for info on sublet - Front entrance - Main level and part elevated main level - Very large living room with real hardwood floors - Halogen pot lights - Kitchen fully redone - Designer high end porcelain tiles in kitchen - Wood look flooring in all bedrooms - Unit is carpet free so looks beautiful and is very easy to keep clean - One bathroom has fully bathtub with shower in tub - Second washroom is a unique setup with toilet and stand up shower. 
Price: Rent is $2220 per month for Unit 3. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of five people, this costs an average of $444 per person per month.If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of four people, this costs an average of $555 per person per month. Note for this unit we have supplied the two bedrooms on left with double size box spring and mattress. The first bedroom on left we also supplied a desk to. Unit 1 -  Sorry, already rented - Check other units for availability Back entrance comprises the main floor and upper floor of the back addition. Four bedroom two bathroom unit with two levels.  All bedrooms in unit 1 have their own individual heat control so you can set your temperature different than your roommates. Newer paint, wood look flooring, and more help this unit show like a new model home.Superior layout with modern open concept kitchen and living/dinning room on main level and all four bedrooms on the second (upper) level. Carpet free other than stairs, you'll love this place.
Note for unit 1 we have supplied two bedrooms with double size box spring and mattress, a third bedroom with queen size mattress and either box spring or frame. Hoffaco loves pets though pets must: be contained at all times in crate or on leash under renters control when we or anyone else enter the property, be legal, be agreed to be allowed by all renters living in the unit, not cause any additional costs such as not use additional electricity, pets cannot damage the property inside or outside, pets cannot bother anyone - including but not limited to landlord, workers, other renters in the unit, renters in other units, people in other locations - for any reason (including for reasons of allergies, noise, or other reasons), immediately and thoroughly cleaned up after inside and out by the renter. Note that if there are any scratch or marks made to floors, walls, cabinets, digging or damage to the exterior, damage anywhere in the interior, or anything else this requires the renter to be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement and immediately notify us for safety reasons.

Many of Hoffaco's rentals have a four year lease date but only require a minimum 12 month commitment. The lease is worded in that allows you to end tenancy every 12 months but requires you to provide advanced written notice to do so. There is no fee to end tenancy. 

Email transfer, bank draft, money order or certified cheque for deposit for the amount of one month rent (eventually can apply toward last month rent) is required with rental application. You can do this through online banking or in person at a bank teller or at a Canada Post office. Cash, pre-authorized payment, and account transfer are not accepted. Non-certified cheques can be accepted for monthly rent payments but not for initial deposit. Email transfers can be received for the initial deposit but not for ongoing monthly rent in the future. Please make all payments payable to Windgale Properties Inc. Please write on the note of the payment - bottom left - the unit and address the deposit is for, and all renters first and last names. Monthly rent payments are to be made by one cheque only for the total rent (as an example if rent is $3000 for the unit you will be required to provide one cheque for $3000 NOT five cheques for $600). It is recommended that your group can pay by one monthly cheque by getting a joint back account together however you can also have one person issue payment monthly and the remainder transfer them funds in advance to cover the cost.  


One parking space is included FREE in rent with each four or five bedroom unit. No additional parking is available.
