Price: Rent is $3144 per month. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of six people, this costs an average of $524 per person per month. Utilities (gas/water/electricity/heat/water heater)  are not included in rent and are paid by renters for this price. For an extra $300 per month for $3444 per month rent all utilities (gas/water/electricity/water heater/heat) are included FREE in rent.  If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of six people, this costs an average of $574 per person per month. For both price options Internet, cable, and phone are not included in rent. These services may be ordered by renter as they prefer.

  • Stove, fridge, are included FREE in rent in each unit (two fridges, two stoves in the house total).

  • Cheque, Bank draft, money order or certified cheque for deposit for the amount of one month rent (eventually can apply toward last month rent) is required with rental application. Cash is not accepted. Please make bank draft payable to AVA Capital Ltd.  Multiple cheques as long as they total one month rent can be accepted.
  • First month rent required a month prior to the earlier of lease start date or move in. If you have sufficient funds you can include the first month rent payment in your initial deposit payment (ie initial payment in amount of two months of rent).
  • If you have pets, we are happy to have you. Please let us know what pets you have on application. Please note that you will need to contain them in a crate whenever we or anyone else enters the unit and be on leash under your control whenever outside the unit and ensure they do not damage the rental or exterior property, cause allergies, make excess noise, or bother anyone.
